1. Free trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of initial purchase, you may request a prorated refund of unused months. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
4. Enterprise contracts
Enterprise refunds are governed by your master service agreement. Contact your account manager.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@peachvyn.my.id with your workspace name and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
We may extend goodwill refunds in cases of platform outage exceeding our SLA, accidental duplicate charges, or other special circumstances at our reasonable discretion.
